Who we are
Tap Vortex (ABN 93 831 446 721) does your build. "We" and "us" means Tap Vortex. "You" means the business that books a build.
The build
- Price: $695 + GST for one vortex, one-off. No lock-in and no platform fee.
- What you get: a guided sale page built inside your Shopify store, on its own theme. Your products, cart and checkout are left as they are.
- Timing: week 1 audit, week 2 build, week 3 A/B test. Rush builds go live in 7 days.
- Payment: paid up front by a secure Stripe payment link. The build starts once it's paid.
- What we need from you: staff access to your Shopify store, your offer, and quick answers to our questions. Delays on your side move the timeline.
- It's yours: once paid, the vortex and its copy belong to you and stay in your store.
Money-back guarantee
If the A/B test shows the vortex earning less revenue per visitor than your current page, we refund the $695 build fee.
- The test runs for the length we agree in the week 1 audit.
- Both pages get the same offer and the same ads for the whole test.
- Ask for the refund within 14 days of the test ending, and we pay it back to your card within 7 days.
- Add-ons aren't refunded, as they keep working either way.

- Klaviyo flows: $1,500 + GST
- Second offer: $495 + GST
- Rush build (live in 7 days): $295 + GST
Growth plan
- $295 + GST a month, charged automatically each month by Stripe. It's optional.
- Includes ongoing split tests on your vortex and access to the client portal.
- Cancel any time by emailing us. We stop the Stripe subscription, and it ends at the end of the month you've paid for. No exit fee.
Client portal
- Growth plan clients get a private login to see their numbers.
- If you connect Google Analytics or Shopify, we get read-only access, used only to show your numbers in the portal. You can remove our access at any time.
- Keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has it, and we'll reset it.
- The portal closes when your plan ends. Ask before then and we'll send you a copy of your reports.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, we're not responsible for lost sales or profits, or for problems caused by Shopify, apps or third-party services. Our total liability for a build is capped at the fees you paid us for it.
The fine print
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. We may update them; the version on this page when you book applies to your build. How we handle information is on our privacy page.
