Will you post my video publicly?
No. Your video is private and only sent to you. We only ever share one publicly if you say yes in writing first.
Who records it?
Zachary, the founder of Tap Vortex, records every one himself. He has spent 13+ years in ecommerce.
What do I need to send?
Just your store URL and an email. If there's a particular page you care about most, like a sale or collection page, add that too.
Do I need to be on Shopify?
The Leak Check works best for Shopify stores, as that's where Tap Vortex builds. If you're on another platform, send it anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
